The springs of Xino Nero have been celebrated for centuries. Historical accounts and local tradition refer to the water’s invigorating qualities and its naturally sparkling character, long before organized bottling began. In 1953, the water’s natural springs were officially recognized as therapeutic, and by 1958 the first modern bottling facility was established in the village. Since then, Xino Nero has grown into one of Greece’s most respected mineral waters, appreciated for its consistent quality and naturally effervescent profile. Through decades of careful management, it continues to be bottled close to the source, preserving the freshness that made it famous.
