Liberté was the name which came naturally to us to describe this blend of eaux-de-vie which was produced at the end of the second world war, when cries of joy and liberation resonated throughout France.
Grape Varieties: 100% Ugni-Blanc
Growing Areas: 100% Grande Champagne
Ageing: Placed in casks at a time when Charles de Gaulle was not just an airport
Nose: On the nose, are elegant notes of mocha and tangy orange marmalade
Taste: Silky and with great length, this makes for a great cognac to be kept for very special occasions
