Every bottle’s heritage is traceable back to its single field of origin. It’s crafted vodka with an English accent.
Two ingredients combine to make this smooth and characterful spirit. We use Horatio wheat, more commonly used to bake biscuits and our own chalk filtered water.
Initial dried fruits, then cocoa and layers of caramel. Elegant, medium-bodied creamy texture. Dark chocolate richness. A distinctive and enigmatic character, with a broad range of characteristics.
Ramsbury Gin is a rare thing, one of the few single estate gins made in the UK.
Ultra Premium Single Estate Gin
Starting with our 96.5% spirit we add our nine botanicals (juniper, fresh quince, cinnamon, liquorice, oris root, coriander, dried lemon peel, dried orange peel, angelica). Then distil in our 160l gin still.
From our 80% gin concentrate we blend down to 40% using our own water, chill filter once before hand bottling on site.
Juniper gently infuses with the grassy and fruity tones of quince. Light notes of citrus balanced by woody angelica and spicy cinnamon create a balanced and complex aroma.
Floral tones and crisp quince fades into more savoury juniper, with a refreshing finish and a touch of spice. Smoothness abounds and this single estate spirit sits at the sweeter end of London Dry Gin.
