Kopparberg Pink London Dry Gin, J Gasco Elderflower Tonic, Tosrti Asti Secco and Garnished with Orange & Strawberry.
Shake all the incidents except soda.
       Double strain over ice into a highball glass.
       Top up with J.Gasco sodarosa, garnish with lemongrass & a lime wheel.
Cool all ingredients in a shaker.
Strain on an old-fashioned glass with crushed ice.
Garnish with diced mango and a strip of chile ancho (no seeds) above.
    
Kopparberg Premium Cider Strawberry & Lime, liquer mastic and sangria.
Mix everything except J.Gasco Tonic in a shaker and shake it for about 1 minute. Then again and again. Add ice.
       Shake again and again and again. Pour 30ml of J.Gasco Tonic slowly to a highball glass and start building your ramos. Let it take time, don’t stress, a ramos takes time.
       Strain a little bit more. Are you done? Probably not.
       Add more J.Gasco tonic to the shaker to get more froth. Are you done? Maybe. You decide.
